Cooling – Aluminum thermal conductivity paired with an ultra quiet, highly efficient dual ball bearing cooling fan keeps LED chips cool which in turn provides over 50,000 hours of run time. Cool LED chips are key to longevity and ensuring the most efficiency out of these LED bulbs.

With no physical filament to burn out like traditional headlight bulbs, these kits are rated to last over 50,000 hours. The LumaWerx™ 9G 2.0 LED headlight kits have been tested time and time again and are the longest lasting and highest quality LED kit to date. While this kit is completely plug and play, some vehicles have finicky can-bus systems which tell users if they have a “bulb out” and presents an error message on the dashboard.
CSP Chips – CSP is ideal for applications like LED headlights. Automotive LED light manufacturers use CSP chips to replicate the size and location of the tungsten filament in halogen bulbs to create beam patterns much like halogen bulbs. No need to worry about LED chips de-soldering, flickering or simply burning out as you will find with off-brand and generic LED headlight kits.
